PSD Dean’s Student Advisory Committee (DSAC)
The PSD Dean’s Student Advisory Committee (DSAC) is comprised of one graduate student representative from each program in the PSD, faculty Deputy Deans, and the Dean of Students. Our MS in Applied Data Science PSD DSAC representative for the 2025-2026 academic year will be Cicily Mathew, a part-time, in-person student within our program.
Cicily Mathew is a seasoned data professional with over a decade of experience in data analytics and automation, having work experience across diverse industries including Document Management Systems, Marketing Attribution, and Healthcare Insurance. At iManage, Cicily develops and applies Python- and SQL-based data solutions to improve data reliability and streamline validation. Throughout her professional career, Cicily has developed scalable quality assurance strategies and leveraged data-driven insights to enhance test coverage, ensure data integrity, and drive measurable efficiency across global operations. Her work has involved extensive hands-on experience with large-scale data and Cloud-based data systems.
Cicily is passionate about harnessing data science, machine learning, and AI to unlock insights, enhance decision-making, and drive meaningful business outcomes. She has hands-on experience in building machine learning models using deep learning techniques and large language models (LLMs), along with developing and deploying interactive, API-based web applications demonstrating a strong practical foundation in modern data science and AI technologies. She holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering. Outside of work and academics, she enjoys exploring new cities, trying diverse cuisines, and staying current with emerging trends in AI and data science.
